The separate kitchen area has everything you need, including an espresso maker, toaster, kettle, all appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine), knives, forks, bowls and mugs, and lots more.
A lovely bathroom with shower to start the day off right, and a separate toilet.
The studio has a private parking space, access to the park, petanque court and magnificent swimming pool!

A 12-minute walk from the Croisette beach for sunbathing, drinks or dinner!
Cannes train station and shuttle bus to Nice airport are 10 minutes away.

I live in Cannes, 15 minutes from this apartment.
The keys will be handed over in person; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site to help you settle in as smoothly as possible, and I'll even be able to give you addresses and current tips!
I'll be available by text or phone if you need me, and I can travel to sort out any problems!

I can offer private concierge services such as airport shuttles, cleaning services, luggage storage, or tourist activities. Please contact me for more information.

Neighborhood

The Montrose Baja California neighborhood is close to everything
Less than 15 minutes' walk from the apartment:
- Rue d'Antibes, famous for its many boutiques
- Rue Hoche for its cafés and restaurants
- The Carré d'Or district, known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafés
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants and artisanal Italian ice cream parlors.
- The old port, with its restaurants and boat departures to the islands and golf course of St Tropez, is just 20 minutes away!

Transit

Bus and train station 10 min walk away.
Nice airport approx. 40 min by cab.
The "City Palm" shuttle is a free way to get around Cannes' beaches.

Notes

The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Tourist tax amount: 4€ per person per day)
A deposit of 500€ is required for all reservations made via the Swikly application.
It is compulsory to take out holiday liability insurance to cover your stay. Failure to do so will render the tenant liable in the event of a claim, and the property manager cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.

Bed linen and towels are included.
An internet box with wifi is available in the apartment.
Umbrella bed or high chair available on request for an additional fee of €25 per item to be paid on site (bed linen not included).
We can provide an additional linen kit during your stay for an additional fee of €30 per bed.
All arrivals between 8.00 pm and 11.00 pm will be subject to an additional charge of 50€ (please note that we do not issue keys after 11.00 pm).
Departures are at 10am.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in your reservation, but we ask you to wash the dishes before you leave and to put all your garbage in the garbage can in the residence. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in an additional cleaning charge of 20€ per garbage can and dish that has not been paid for by the tenant.
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand a deduction from your deposit of a minimum of €300.
