Rare location, less than 10 min from the Gravette and Ponteil beaches. Less than 100m from the pedestrian zone of old Antibes and 500m from the Provencal market.

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes. So I'm often in the area to help you if you need me. Our agency is also just a few steps from this home.
Arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm. If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact us to check availability (additional charges may apply).
Independent arrival is possible on request, with a key to be collected from a secure key box.
Neighborhood

You're just a 10-minute walk from the beaches of La Gravette and La Salis.
Transit
The Antibes SNCF train and bus station is a 10-minute walk from the property.
By car, the journey from Nice airport takes about 20/30 minutes, depending on traffic.
If you don't have a car, you can either take a cab from the airport or a bus (N°250) which will drop you off at "Place du Général de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes' walk from the accommodation).
Notes
We offer luxury services, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price ( 1 kit per bed + 1 average shower towel per person).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish disposed of.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
