This apartment, ideal for 10 people, has five bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, a modern kitchen and a spacious living-dining room. Located in a quiet community, it is requested to respect the rules of coexistence.

The community offers hammocks, gardens and access to the beach through an illuminated underground passage. It is also close to the coastal path, ideal for walking and enjoying the local cuisine.

The apartment is on a second floor without a lift, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It has two terraces, one glazed and one uncovered, ideal for outdoor lunches. The kitchen is fully equipped, including two coffee machines (Italian and Tássimo capsules). The bedrooms are bright and have shutters, blinds and built-in wardrobes. There is also air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
