This 200m2 villa comprises a 170m2 3 rooms section and 2 bedrooms + water room. An entrance leading to a large living room, a dining room opened on beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped for diners. Separate kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooking plates relying on gas). Room 1 is opened on conservatory facing the sea; water room + WC, upstairs (there’s a 0.80cm guardrail) the Room 2 opens on the sea facing terrace, has a 160cm bed and a sofa bed, water room+WC. A third room can be access on the ground floor from the outside : Room 3 has its water room and WC, 140cm bed. Room 4 with a 140cm bed, water room + WC.
