Detached 200m2 house set in unfenced grounds of 5000m2. On the first floor, you'll enter through the kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room (TV, internet, fireplace). You'll enjoy a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: mezzanine (games, sofa bed) and via the hallway, 3 bedrooms with 3 beds 140x190 in each, separate WC and bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Private heated swimming pool, 4mx8m, chlorinated, secured by a bar cover, 1.40m deep, open from May to the end of September. Young and old alike will enjoy the trampoline, games and outdoor bar with barbecue and plancha, plus an additional combi-freezer in the outdoor shed. Private parking for 4 cars. Baby equipment: cot, high chair.
