If you love peace and nature in summer, and snow sports and relaxation in winter at the gateway to Savoie
of Savoie, this fully furnished and equipped chalet is sure to please!
Located in an open-air residence, it comprises on the ground floor:
- A fitted living room with a large cupboard, a sofa and an 80 cm TV with
a round table (table extension available if required).
- A bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a wall-mounted TV.
- Bathroom with toilet and large shower.
- Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and large-capacity fridge/freezer.
- Upstairs, a large room with 2 160*200 beds for 4 people.
- Outside, airlock with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ski storage area.
- A large south-facing covered terrace with oval table and 6 chairs and a superb
superb views of the Belledonne, Vercors and Chartreuse mountains.
On-site swimming pool (free access in summer) and relaxation area (fee payable) featuring
jacuzzi, sauna and hammam shower. Bar-restaurant with large terrace.
The ski slopes and resort center are 300m from the chalet (return by ski).
Summer is a delight for hikers. Sunrises and sunsets are magnificent, so don't forget your binoculars.

Located +/-15 min from the Allevard-les-bains spa, this chalet may also be of interest to
also of interest to spa guests who wish to enjoy the peace and quiet and exceptional views during their spa treatment.
Comforter covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases and towels are not supplied.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant
Two deposit cheques will be requested on arrival:
- a cheque for 100 euros for cleaning and a cheque for 500€ for the chalet.
The cheques will be returned to you on departure or at the latest one week after your stay.
