Camping de la Bastide is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, just a 5-minute walk from the medieval village of Villefranche du Périgord. It's the ideal base for exploring Sarlat, Cahors or Bergerac. Enjoy a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool for children.
Enjoy a game of pétanque with the whole family, while the kids have fun on the playground or in the bouncy castle. Evening entertainment and themed meals are scheduled throughout July and August.
There's a restaurant on site, which also serves takeaway meals. Wifi access is free of charge.

Quiet campsite for the time of year, small but clean mobile home, very good welcome, the couple who run the campsite are very nice, it's a shame the weather wasn't on our side: cold on the first 2 days with sub-zero temperatures in the morning, which meant it was very cold in the mobile home in the morning, the only radiator in the mobile home couldn't heat the whole thing, the last 2 days it was raining, which meant we went home 1 day early. When the weather's fine, vacations are great, but when it's raining or cold, it's a real shame... We also had a gas problem on the last evening due to a malfunction, no hot water and no hotplates for cooking. We waited until the next day to report the problem, which was resolved.

The bosses are kind and attentive to their customers. We were invited to have an aperitif with them before leaving, which allowed us to discuss quite a lot with them. Quiet campsite. I highly recommend.
