Come and discover this charming studio "cabin" located on the 3rd floor of a residence facing the Capbreton harbor, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment comprises an entrance with a "cabin" bedroom, equipped with two 90cm bunk beds, ideal for children. The bathroom is functional and features a bathtub and WC. The rest of the sleeping area is in the living room, where you'll find a 140cm sofa bed. The kitchenette (renovated in early 2024) is functional (l'Or Barista capsule coffee maker) and opens onto the living room, which in turn opens onto a bright loggia of approx. 6m² with a dining table. A plus for this apartment: access to a large communal swimming pool open from early June to early October, as well as 2 tennis courts. You can also take the Bateau Passeur, a 2-minute walk from the apartment, to cross the harbor.
