Lovely studio apartment with mezzanine sleeping area, ideally located in the town center
Discover the town center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".

The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

️ The apartment is located on a street reserved for buses. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the La Gare or La Poste underground parking lots.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
