Accommodation
The apartment is located on the 2ᵉ floor with elevator of a large residence. It opens onto a hall with access to the bathroom and toilet, then to the right is the fitted kitchen opening onto the living room. This space is bright and has a large bay window with access to the balcony. The bedroom also has 2 single beds and its own balcony.
To ensure your stay is a comfortable one, the following facilities are at your disposal:
Wi-Fi, Television, Cooling fan, Nespresso coffee machine, Oven, microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washer-dryer, Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, Vacuum cleaner, underfloor heating (not adjustable).
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with a real 20 cm thick mattress to relax on after a day out!
A welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and soap is available in the bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning charge, but can be provided at extra cost.
As this accommodation does not have a key box, we allow arrivals up to 10pm. After this time and for whatever reason, no keys can be returned.
There is plenty of parking nearby, so you can leave your car and enjoy the city on foot, by bike or by bus.
Located in the Novel district, between Annecy-le-Vieux and the historic center, you can enjoy the local market every Thursday morning, take advantage of the independent cinema "Le Mikado" or do your shopping at the "Carrefour City" next door. The lake and town center are just 2 km away, easy to reach on foot or by bike thanks to the nearby cycle paths.
