The condominium is located in a quiet position, 150 meters from the beach and close to the shops of first necessity such as supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, restaurants; it is also about 400 meters from "Viale Centrale" along which you can reach in a few minutes the beautiful pedestrian street of the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, where there are some of the main shops and prestigious boutiques.
