Set in a residential area, just a few steps away from the beautiful Scoglio Bianco sandy beach, the villa boasts a jacuzzi and a direct access to the sea and its rocky shoreline. The property excellent location - just a few minutes' drive away from Noto historic centre and from the Vendicari nature reserve - is also convenient for visiting Syracuse, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.
