For your vacations in an idyllic location, we rent a detached house 800m from the town center and 900m from the beach, in a sought-after area of Empuriabrava. It is located in a very quiet street with a pleasant and welcoming neighborhood.
You enter a 30m² living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, traditional and multifunction ovens, town gas hob, coffee maker and various small electrical appliances.
There are 3 bedrooms with fitted closets, sleeping 6 + 1 cot.
2 shower rooms with showers, basins and 2 WCs, (1 with walk-in shower and double basins, WC, another with balneotherapy cabin, basin and WC, adjoining a master suite.
A large bay window gives access to a small, pleasant terrace where you'll find a relaxation area under a lemon tree, a gas plancha, a clothes dryer and an outdoor water point.
From here, a secure gate gives access to the private swimming pool, where you can relax on deckchairs and garden furniture. A solar-powered outdoor shower keeps you cool as you enter and exit the pool.
It will be covered by a tarpaulin from the end of October and put into winter storage until May of the following year.
