For a stay with friends or family, the Maison des Bataillots is ideally located for enjoying the city's attractions, while benefiting from a fully enclosed garden with swimming pool (9 x 4 m, unheated, secured by an alarm, open from May 15 to October 15, weather permitting). Completely renovated and decorated with care, it is on the raised first floor (5 steps). You'll enjoy a pleasantly decorated living room, including a sitting area for relaxing and a dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the garden via a small veranda. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, (1 bed 140x190 in the first, 1 bed 160x190 in the second). A separate toilet and shower room are located on the same level. Upstairs, an office area and TV lounge have been converted. A bedroom (1 bed 160 x190 cm) with private bathroom (shower, wc) will be at your disposal. Access to the gîte is from the street side. Car parking is on the street. A weight bench is available in the basement. You'll find a number of shops in the Bataillots district, just 500 m away on foot (pharmacy, bakery, butcher's shop, etc.). Moulins, the historic center and City of Art and History, is within easy walking distance in around 20 minutes (2 km). Le Pal wildlife and leisure park is 26 km away. GITE PLUS: heating, bed linen and towels included. Possibility of a €50 cleaning package.
