Suitable for ski vacations, this charming 55 square meter apartment with BALCONY is located on the 3ᵉ floor with LIFT and will be perfect for four people.
It's just a 4-minute walk from the legendary Aiguille du Midi cable car, ideal for those wishing to discover this splendid site or for those heading off to do the Vallée Blanche.

Accommodation
This cosy duplex apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area opening onto the furnished BALCONY, offering a sumptuous VIEW of the Mont Blanc range, where you can enjoy your coffee or aperitifs at sunset! Covered parking is also available.
To make sure your stay is a comfortable one, you'll have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
The accommodation is located right in the center of Chamonix!
Its greatest asset is its location, which allows you to take advantage of all the mountain activities:
15 min walk from the Brevent gondola (be careful, it's uphill!), 16 min from the "Domaine des Planards", a ski area for beginners in winter and an amusement park in summer, 14 min from the Richard Bozon Aquatic Center, which also opens its doors to a multitude of activities: swimming pool, ice rink, fitness rooms... and 13 min from the Session Raft Chamonix for water sports such as rafting, tubing, hydrospeed, canyoning, kayaking...
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
The Chamonix train station is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the bus station less than 5 minutes!
Transport is free, thanks to the guest cards given out in the apartment.
An "O'shop" ski rental store is almost at the foot of the building (on the square just behind the boulangerie) and offers a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
On the same square, you'll find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs, as well as a chemist's and tobacconist's.
For all bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at extra cost.
For bookings after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card for free travel on the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each passenger.

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, an authentic, lively town center and a wide range of winter and summer activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
