Renovated old house, close to another dwelling, comprising the owners' accommodation and another gite, 300 m from the village, sleeps 4. Shared access to accommodation with private parking. Ground floor: lounge/living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bunk bed), bathroom with heated towel rail, separate WC. You'll enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling green, deckchairs). Clemenceau beach is 1.3 km away. In summer, the local shops are open (supermarket, bakery, butcher's...) and are 250m from the house (open in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away. Heating, bed linen and towels included.
Additional charges: Housekeeping package: €40/stay and tourist tax.
