Location: Approx. 700 m from Générelles beach (5-10 min walk) and 300 m from the first shops in town (Chocolatine bakery, Dorie fruit and vegetable shop, etc.), 1-storey house on enclosed wooded grounds, set back from the busy avenue. Completely restored in 2006 and redesigned inside in 2016.

- Upstairs, accessed via the staircase from the living room: 1 large attic mezzanine, divided into 2 areas, each with 2 single beds (80) and storage space.
Outside: enclosed, sandy, wooded grounds (approx. 1,000 m²), terrace (wood - front of house), garden furniture and barbecue, additional small terrace (stone slabs - accessible from the ground-floor bedroom). On-site parking (2-3 cars possible).
Pets: ADMITTED (additional charges - limited number: consult agency).
Optional end-of-stay cleaning (on reservation): extra charge.
Additional electricity consumption required in low season (01/01 to 15/06 and 15/09 to 31/12).
