Close to Jublains (Gallo-Roman town), Mayenne (castle and museum), Ste Suzanne (medieval town and "petite cité de caractère") and the Saulges caves (prehistory museum, rock climbing), the Aron region is packed with historic sites. Don't miss Fontaine Daniel (home of Toiles de Mayenne). All these sites offer a rich program of events, including shows and concerts, to help you discover the area in a different way.
Le Chaussis is a large, charming 5-bedroom house, fully renovated in 2022, set in a hectare of wooded parkland, adjacent to a 7,000m² private lake regularly stocked with tench, roach, carp and pike. Ideal for getting together with family or friends!
You'll love the wooded grounds and the south-facing terrace overlooking the pond. To keep you busy, there are plenty of games to share with adults and children: petanque pitch - badminton - children's swing - shuffleboard - mölkky... and of course all the furniture you need to relax and enjoy meals outside: garden furniture - sun loungers - barbecue.
Shops: all shops in the center of Aron, 1.5km away. Mayenne town center is 5km away.
Numerous hiking trails nearby. Access to the Mayenne towpath, the Vélo Francette (Normandy to La Rochelle) 5km away.
May'N Loisirs water leisure center at La Haie-Traversaine, 10km: Wibit inflatable water course, paddle, giant paddle, single-seater kayak and family kayak, pedalos, aquatic pool, beach and swimming.
The price of the stay includes household linen - towels - beds made on arrival - heating charges (electricity with threshold of 15 kWh/day) - wood for the stove.

No parties. The entrance to the house is step-free. Ground floor bedroom and shower room with Italian shower (access via 78cm-wide space). WC on ground floor.

- plan to provide a deposit check of 1,000€ if it has not been secured by credit card,
- a cleaning cheque for 150€ if you have not selected the cleaning option at the time of rental.
