The soft lights of the beautiful lighthouse of Santa Maria Leuca are the backdrop to one of the most impressive and historic villas in southern Salento. Villa Lucia stands out with its elegance on the city's waterfront.
The house enjoys a splendid and large terrace that overlooks the sea and from which you can admire a unique view of the most extreme city in southern Italy.
The finely furnished terrace with a large table, umbrella and deck chairs allows moments of pure and pleasant relaxation. Inside, the house has a lovely air-conditioned living room where, as a backdrop, there is a beautiful fireplace with an elegant wooden table and a comfortable sofa. The bright and fully equipped built-in kitchen, also with dishwasher, has also a direct access to the splendid terrace.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two double rooms, a blind room with single bed and a complete bathroom.
The air-conditioned master bedroom, which is also finely and tastefully furnished, has a French window with mosquito net that leads into the external space on the side of the structure where there is a second bathroom with washing machine.
