"OLIVIER House
-The Charm, the Calm, in the Countryside, the Meadow and my Fence of Property, a Shaded place in summer, sunny the other Seasons.

- Close to the center of Avignon, the European capital, the Palais des Papes, Rocher et Jardin des Doms, Notre-Dame des Doms, Pont Saint Bénezet etc.

- The RER train station is 3 km from Montfavet or Morières-les-Avignon.
-You'll be the only Vacationer.
End-of-departure cleaning package (must be done by myself) 110 € to be paid on day of arrival.
- During heating period a supplement of 15 € per day is required.
- You can have your own sheets and towels.
The beds are not made when you arrive and you must use sheets and do not lie on the protection in place simply.
- Obligatory departure cleaning 110 €.
- Electricity consumption: The rental price includes electricity consumption of 80 KWH over 7 days, which covers normal usage.
- If this consumption is exceeded, for example by recharging an electric vehicle, a supplement of 0.2062 Euros per KWH (KiloWatt-Hour) consumed will be charged.
