Magnificent seafront studio with mezzanine and terrace, located in Bandol, in the Renecros residential area.
At the heart of the Résidence "Le Goéland", the apartment enjoys an exceptional location, in a green setting where only the sound of cicadas and lapping waves will wake you up!
Located on the first and top floor of the residence, with a splendid uninterrupted sea view, it has been entirely renovated in a "Seaside" style and atmosphere.
Just a few minutes' walk from the town center and two minutes from Renecros beach, everything is within walking distance, and you can leave your car in your private parking space.
For tennis enthusiasts, a tennis court is available.
And if you fancy a relaxing dip in the sea, there's direct access to the private beach area below the Résidence.
The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 2 people, and comprises :
- a pleasant, functional living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette: induction hob, combined convection and microwave oven, fridge, 6-place dishwasher, Nespresso and classic coffee machine, toaster, kettle,
- a "rapido" sofa bed (sleeps 2 / size 160 cm x 190 cm), TV,
- upstairs, a mezzanine "sleeping area" with a 140 cm bed (2 people), high-quality bedding
- bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer
- a large terrace (south-east facing, sheltered from the wind) with a large electric awning
- a designated parking space
- large walk-in closet for storage
- ironing facilities (ironing board, iron)
We offer a quality service: beds made on arrival, basic necessities supplied (dishwasher tablets / sponge / paper towels / salt / pepper / oil / vinegar / sugar / coffee / tea...).
A compulsory cleaning service at the end of your stay (40 euros) ensures that each new resident enters a perfectly clean property.
We are on hand to welcome you on the day of your arrival and at the time of your departure, and can give you all the tourist information you need for your stay.
Rentals are only available from Saturday (from 4 p.m.) to Saturday (departure before 11 a.m.).
Please note: steep staircase to the mezzanine - mezzanine at ground level up to about the 2nd beam visible in the photo. Not recommended if you have mobility problems or are pregnant.
The residence is quiet, but parties and loud music are forbidden to preserve the residents' peace and quiet.
Please note that the Ile de Bendor, located 1 km from the residence, is currently undergoing construction (except in July and August). The noise of the construction work can be heard at random times during the day.
