At 1200m altitude, 3 km from the village of Arêches. In summer, at the foot of the mountain pastures and hiking trails, in winter you're just a few minutes from the ski slopes, and the "espace lutins" for children.

A very pleasant atmosphere in this architect-designed chalet. The chalet is laid out in half-levels, allowing you to take full advantage of the space. Bright and peaceful. Beautiful garden (trees and lawn, river at the bottom of the garden) that you can admire from every room in the house.)
Easy access to this chalet at the entrance to Le Planay.
Slightly set back from the Arêches/Le Planay road, you'll enjoy true peace and quiet.
On the ground floor, you enter straight into a beautiful living room with lounge, dining area and kitchen. Warm atmosphere, lovely view over the garden.
Steps lead up to the 1st half-level where you'll find :
- a large attic bedroom with exposed beams, a double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds, opening onto a balcony (also with lovely garden views)
- a bathroom (shower with washbasin and heated towel rail).
Going up another half-level, you reach another double bedroom with a 140cm bed. On the landing, you'll find a library/office area, offering a serene workspace for those who need it (in this area, please be careful: children must not climb onto the railing).
Finally, when you arrive from skiing, you can pass directly through the garage, which has been converted into a ski room, dry your gear in the boiler room and access the living/dining/kitchen area directly from the inside. The toilet is on the garage level.
A south-facing terrace lets you enjoy the sunshine on sunny days.
Easy access 10 m from the free ski bus (1 stop before the Planay terminus). Ski trail to Arêches 5 minutes away (passes behind the house). Small 20 m access cleared of snow in winter.
Note: 90 euros extra charges in winter. PETS NOT ALLOWED (except cats). A security deposit (depending on size) will be required on arrival.
