Villa Costa Brava is a fantastic holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a short drive from central Albufeira, the villa is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday whilst exploring the rest of the Algarve.
This stunning 4-bedroom property is perfect for both indoor and outdoor living. Outside there is a superb private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) with sea views that you can enjoy whilst lounging on the sunbeds. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have large glass doors leading out to the swimming pool, and the two bedrooms on the first floor share a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.
As soon as you enter Villa Costa Brava, you can see the quality and elegance that runs throughout the house from the stunning glass feature in the dining/lounge area. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a small laundry room just off the kitchen that houses the washing machine and ironing facilities, and a door from the kitchen leads to the outdoor traditional BBQ, ideal for preparing al fresco meals.
Parking spaces are available within the villa gates.
All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also within a few minutes’ drive, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 8 people.
• The 9th to the 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
