Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), this tastefully decorated T2 apartment comprises

Please note that the renovation of the facade and staircase has been approved by the general meeting. A renovation date will be set shortly.
The apartment has 2 sleeping areas:

This apartment is very well located, in the heart of the Chorier/Berriat district, less than 100 meters from the Estacade market, and a stone's throw from all shops (organic grocery, bakery, greengrocers, small supermarket etc) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, laundry...).
It's a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the A/B streetcar, which connects you quickly to the whole city. The nearby E streetcar will take you to the south of Grenoble.
The Saint-Bruno market is just 500 m away, from Tuesday to Sunday.
For students, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from Grenoble Ecole de Managment (GEM).
Getting around:
You're close to the Alsace Lorraine (Trams A, B and E) and Condorcet (Tram E) stops.
Parking is available around the building (at a charge during the day, except Sundays), as well as in nearby parking lots.

We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. handicapped workers and cleaning solidarity).
️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 (incl. VAT) applies in both cases.
