Kitchen area equipped with 2 hotplates, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and raclette machine, blender.
The studio has a 2nd closed cabin area with two 90cm bunk beds.
Bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. Separate WC.
Private outdoor parking. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
Bed linen and towels not provided (disposable linen kits available).
Cleaning chargeable to tenant.
