CAMBO LES BAINS - C502 : House in the center of Cambo-Les-Bains, in a quiet area, close to all amenities and the Spa. The house is accessible via the outside staircase. The home features a large living room with accessible balcony/terrace, fireplace, TV and library. The separate kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer. There are 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) sleeping 5: 1 x 140, 1 x 120 (1 person), 2 x 90. The garden is enclosed and planted with trees. Garage not available.

The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/week: €5.
- Household cleaning C516/C608/C614: 77 €.
