On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, sitting area and private, open-access wellness area (spa/shower/WC). You'll also find a double bedroom (bed 160x200) for people with reduced mobility, with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll have access to a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2 extra people) and TV, an office area, two double bedrooms (bed 160x200), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 + cot), a shower room (shower + basin) and a separate toilet. Outside: parking, covered terrace, deckchairs, barbecue, relaxation lounge. Heating, electricity, made-up beds, towels and household linen are included in the price. On the heights of the Champagne vineyards with a breathtaking view of the hillsides, 30 minutes from Chatillon sur Seine and the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, 45 minutes from Troyes, come and discover 'L'Ubacchus'. Nestled in a 2.5-hectare park with wild animals (sheep, horses, pigs), you'll appreciate the decor, quality materials and unlimited access to the spa. To please the little ones, the owner offers rides on his horse. Upon reservation and subject to availability: vineyard tours and tasting of the owner's Champagne.
