This single-storey gîte features a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge with a sleeping area (90x190 bunk beds). Access to a private, sheltered 45 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and awning will be ideal for relaxing moments or convivial meals. You'll enjoy a double bedroom (bed 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Outside: a communal courtyard enclosed by an electric gate provides safe parking for your vehicles (even trucks and trailers), and a lawned area that is both communal and private. Petanque court. Beds will be made up on arrival, and heating, electricity and household linen (tea towels, tablecloths) are included in the price of your stay. Small pets allowed on request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 7 km from Les Riceys, 30 minutes from the lakes, 45 km from Troyes and its factory outlets, come and stay in a true haven of peace situated on the heights of a small wine-producing village and offering a breathtaking view over the fields and vineyards of Champagne. The owners live opposite the gîte, and will be discreet during their guests' stay. For fishing enthusiasts, there's a lake in the village.
