Entrance is via a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, and you'll find a bright living room with dining area and sitting area, a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds that can be moved closer together), a single bedroom with 110x190 bed, and a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. A parking space is available in front of the property. Beds are made up on arrival, and towels and household linen are provided. Electricity and heating are extra from October to April. 5 minutes from factory outlets, 10 minutes from Troyes town center, and 15 km from the lakes of the Orient Forest. In a green setting overlooking the countryside, this apartment is located on the first floor of the owner's house (access by outside staircase) in a village with all the amenities of the town (supermarket, bakery, press, restaurant, bus...).
