Ground floor: kitchen, living room, shower room, wc. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom (1 140 cm bed and 1 120 cm bed). Vast enclosed grounds. Laundry room, shared washing machine. Garages. Sheets provided free of charge. Electricity included. Heating extra in season (10€/day). Bicycles available free of charge. Located in a hamlet a few minutes from Romilly sur Seine, 18 km from Nogent sur Seine and 40 km from Troyes or Provins. Hervé and Martine welcome you to their renovated longère with its old-world charm. Le Gîte du Passage has all the facilities and comforts to welcome tourists, professionals and fishing enthusiasts alike (private pond stocked with carp available on request, at extra cost). Located in a farmhouse with 2 other gîtes (communicating only with the entrance courtyard of gîte T2). The Ping Pong gîte is only on the Guinguette side). Situated opposite a guinguette, created in 1924, which operates every Sunday afternoon from 3 pm to 8 pm from May to the end of September.
An asset for some... who like music and dancing.
A constraint for others.
For the latter, the gîte has a large private garden on the other side and access to the pond 200 meters away.
