First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, fan-assisted oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the living room (flat-screen TV, stereo + USB/IPOD connection, DVD player, CD player, library). 1st floor: bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), large bathroom, separate WC, large master bedroom (1 x 200x200 bed), 2nd floor: bedroom (2 x 90x200 beds), ideal for children. Outside, 230 m2 of enclosed grounds (courtyard and garden) provide space for 2 cars and relaxation amid flowers and shrubs. Wifi free of charge. Pellet stove heating surcharge: €10/15kg bag. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Château de Bligny (20 km), Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient and its lakes, Abbaye de Clairvaux, Nigloland theme park, Troyes, its old town and factory outlets (40 km). 40 kms from Troyes and the Nigloland theme park, 20 kms from the Magnant exit on the A5 freeway, come and enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of the Aubois vineyards, in a village full of character. La petite maison d'été is a charming stone cottage combining authenticity and modernity. The gîte has been designed with the environment in mind, and has been awarded the ecogîte label. Close to nature, the gentle pace of life and tranquility characterize the environment of the gîte, which will bring you relaxation and well-being. Swimming pool to share with the owners, open from early June to late September, weather permitting, heated to 28 degrees, open daily from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
