First floor: large living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with toilet, bedroom (sleeps 2), linen room. Upstairs: twin bedroom (2 single beds), master bedroom (1 double bed with shower area and washbasin), two bedrooms (1 double bed, one of which has a 160 cm bed), shower room (shower and double-sink washbasin), separate wc. Beds made up on arrival. Geothermal heating. Additional charges: electricity, heating, optional charges: Wifi 1.50€/day, bathroom linen 5€ per person per change.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Musée Napoléon, the 3 Lacs de Champagne lakes (Orient, Dienville, Der), Nigloland amusement park, or Troyes and its factory outlets, Mac Arthur, Marque Avenue, Abbaye de Clairvaux, Vignoble de Champagne and why not a parachute jump or a microlight flight? ... So many choices of activities to delight young and old alike. Located 7 km from Brienne le Château, Napoleon's home town, 15 km from the Forêt d'Orient lakes and 27 km from Lac du Der, this charming gîte can accommodate 10 people and comprises 5 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a large living room with a cocooning lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen, all tastefully decorated in keeping with the charm of the house. A lovely shaded terrace and a large outdoor area with plenty of sun and shade all day long will delight young and old alike. Le Pré des Marguerites is a timber-framed house, and although it comprises 2 adjoining gîtes, they remain entirely independent (separated by a load-bearing wall and soundproofing on each side), each with a separate entrance and individual terrace. A meeting room can also be rented.
Modular, with 2 gîtes for 4 and 10 people, or 1 gîte for a group of 14 people.
