On the first floor, you'll enjoy a living room with dining area, lounge (sofa bed for 2 extra people) and kitchenette. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (2 beds 90x200, which can be made into a double bed or separate beds) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. On hot summer days, you can enjoy the coolness of the gite's cellar. Unenclosed private parking in front of the gite. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. For safety reasons and lack of suitable equipment, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle in this gite (charging points less than 5 km away in Les Riceys and Neuville sur Seine). 45 km from Troyes, on the Champagne tourist route and in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards. This pretty stone house adjoining another gite has been tastefully renovated and decorated to make a real little cocoon. You'll love the old-world charm of the stonework, old fireplaces, beams and original parquet flooring. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Les Riceys, a town of character (3 km), Maison de Renoir in Essoyes, hiking trails, wine tasting and cellar tours... 30 min away: lakes and Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient (swimming, water sports, accrobranches...). 40 min: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 min: city of Troyes (cathedral, museums, factory outlets).
