Ground floor: fitted kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, hob, hood, oven...), dining room with fireplace (pellet stove), spacious living room with TV, shower room, laundry room. On 1/2 level, wc. Upstairs: three double bedrooms (bed 140 x 190 cm). Beds will be made up on arrival. Heating (electric and wood/pellets) is extra, depending on consumption. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nigloland just outside the village, Champagne vineyards, Dienville lakes 15 minutes away, Mémorial du Général de Gaulle 30 minutes away. The 'Au Phil de Lô' gîte is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in Dolancourt, a village where you can enjoy the famous Nigloland theme park. The gîte is set in a quiet lane, on a fenced plot of land, on the banks of the river Le Landion (protected banks). It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries in a quality setting.
