A contemporary studio, on the second floor of a townhouse in the heart of Spello, this makes a wonderful holiday base for 4 friends or a family.
The bright living area has a large skylight and windows looking out over the valley. There is a sofa, flatscreen TV and a dining table for 4. The new, fitted kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

In the living room, there is a double bed and the sofa converts into a second, comfortable double bed.

Location
Spello has many interesting historical sites, including the 6 Roman arches that act as gates into the town. In early June the town hosts the “Infloriata” flower festival. Assisi, with its famous cathedrals and shrines to St Francis, is just 20 minutes away by car. The stunning city of Perugia is a 30-minute drive. The town of Montefalco (30 minutes) is famous for its fine red wines. Visitors will find many different vineyards where they can try the wine and buy directly from the producers. For self-catering, Spello’s weekly market takes place every Wednesday morning. Here you can find everything from food and flowers to clothes and handbags. There is also a supermarket a few minutes from the main town gates.
The closest airport is at Perugia a 21 minute drive away.
