Villa Turtle Beach is a wonderful holiday home in the centre of Albufeira, just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre of Albufeira and the colourful Marina. With an unbeatable location, a heated private pool and stunning sea views, this villa is the perfect holiday home for a relaxing holiday in Albufeira.
The villa includes free Wi-Fi access and air conditioning in some bedrooms and the living room.
The property has 4 floors, as well as a rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and the city. On the second level there is a twin bedroom where you can wake up to views of the ocean, as well as 2 bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom are located on the first level and the remaining bedroom is on the ground floor, with a bathroom.
The lower floor of the property houses the living areas, with a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, hob and oven, as well as a pantry. The cosy living/dining room allows for family meals and gatherings, and has direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy an al fresco meal, cooked on the barbecue, while taking in the scenery.
On the pool terrace you will find sun loungers to soak up the sun between dips in the private (heated as an optional extra) pool.
Villa Turtle Beach has an incredibly central location, in a residential neighbourhood in Albufeira. The property is just a 2-minute walk from the nearest supermarket (Intermarché) and has a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. The famous Peneco Elevator, which provides access to the beach, is just a 6-minute walk away, the Old Town of Albufeira is a 10-minute walk and the Albufeira Strip is just a 10-minute drive away.
You don't need to rent a car, but if you want to, we can help you book one upon request.
Other transport options include local public transport, the Albufeira 'Giro' with various routes around the city and readily available local taxis at reasonable prices (contact details will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an enquiry before booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Heating the pool will always be an added benefit for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in time: 4pm to 12am on Thursday
Check-out time: 10am
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season)
Group deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit/debit card).
A 2.9% booking fee, insurance and archiving charge will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.
Prices are for up to 10 people
From the 11th to the 12th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
For date changes, the fee is €150.
