Situation:
Located in the pretty village of Montriond, only 2 km from Morzine, you will love this beautiful farmhouse which has been completely renovated with great taste.
At the foot of the free shuttle going to Morzine and to the departure of Ardent, you will enjoy a great facility to get to the slopes.
You will appreciate the warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, by the fireplace.
Description of the place :
Chalet with a surface of about 300 m² including, on the ground floor:
- 2 double rooms with bed in 160 cm by 200 cm
- 1 double room with two single beds 80 x 200 cm
Each room has its own shower room and toilet
- 1 ski room, located at the entrance of the chalet, where you will find storage space for your skis as well as a boot dryer.
- 1 kitchen and a lounge, ideal to enjoy a hot chocolate after the day of skiing or for the children to enjoy the TV.
Second floor:
- 1 very large living/dining area open to the kitchen and balcony
- 2 double rooms with beds 160 x 200 cm - Each room has a shower room and toilet
- 1 mezzanine which can be used as an office or a reading corner.
Comfort :
2 TVs - washing machine - dryer - dishwasher - all small appliances - wifi - 3 to 4 outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet - ski-room - electric shoe dryer.
