The Villa Boracay is a fantastic property with a privileged location in São Rafael, Albufeira, within a short walking distance of the golden sandy beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. Situated in a peaceful location, perfect for families, the Villa Boracay is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
This incredible 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 6+3 people, with 1 double room, 1 twin room, and 1 room with a bunk bed (2 single beds), as well as 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking, and the inviting living/dining area offers comfortable seating, a television (with access to international channels), and a dining area for family meals.
Outdoors, you can enjoy the garden and private pool (heated as an optional extra), as well as the table tennis and billiard table. Alfresco meals cooked on the brick barbecue can also be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Parking is available within the property.
The Villa Boracay benefits from air conditioning and free Wi-Fi access.
The property offers complete relaxation, being just a short walk away from a wide variety of renowned restaurants, some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches, where you can enjoy water sports, and just a short distance from an excellent golf course. The town of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, the charming old town along the Fishermen's Beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs, and shops, is located about 10 minutes' drive away.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday.

Heating the pool will always be an added benefit for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season)

• Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

• From the 7th to the 9th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
