Typical 1930s house in the center of a village with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, café/bar PMU, supermarket...).
There's a pretty walled garden to the rear, with trampoline, above-ground pool and close proximity to the Loire bike path, the banks of the Loire and the Cheuille river. From the house, you can go hiking. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, and Gien and its earthenware factory 30 minutes. You can also take advantage of many other tourist activities in the surrounding area: Guédelon castle, Sancerre, Saint Fargeau...
Come and stay in our gîte in La Cheuille for a holiday with family, friends or business! The house is 140m2.
On the first floor, a living room with 4K TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a scullery, an independent toilet with washbasin and a shower room with toilet.
On the 1st floor, four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), including one with an adjoining baby alcove (cot and changing table). Upstairs shower room with toilet, baby bath and hygiene pots.
Enclosed 400m² garden with garden furniture and deckchairs for relaxing, a barbecue for convivial moments and even an above-ground swimming pool, trampoline, petanque and Molkky games to delight children and adults alike!
Private garage.
2 adult bikes and 1 child's bike are available, as well as a draisienne, landing nets, fishing rods, board games, books in various parts of the house, electronic piano.
There's a pétanque court and a public children's playground right next door.
Heating included, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, towels included.
End-of-stay cleaning at €80 extra or to be done before departure.
Arrival from 3 pm and departure at 11 am.
Garage entrance via chemin de la Cheuille.
Parking possible on the sidewalk in front of the gîte.
