House adjoining "Les Iris" gîte with separate entrance and countryside views: living room (Orange TV) with kitchenette (n°4 fiber coffee maker), bedroom 1 (1 double bed, 160 x 190), bedroom 2 (1 double bed, 140 x 190), bathroom with toilet. Unenclosed (but traffic-free) garden of 1,500 m² on a 10,000 m² property, ping-pong table under cover, mini-wheeler for the little ones, soccer goals, trampoline, bicycles available.
Sheets and comforter covers provided; beds made up for guests' arrival. Household linen and cleaning products provided.
Electric heating and cleaning included. Possibility of renting two or three gîtes (G649 and G713 and G841): 5% discount for renting 2 gîtes and 10% for 3 gîtes. Gîte in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, where you can visit the Maison du Parc in COURBOYER (NOCE), admire the heavy Percheron horses and ride the voie verte (5 km away - bikes available free of charge at the gîte). Nearby you can discover : BELLEME, its forest famous for the beauty of its oak trees and the variety of its mushrooms (mycological days in early October), its golf course, its antique shops, the pond of LA HERSE (fishing and picnic spot) and its legends, the crafts museum of SAINTE GAUBURGE, the picturesque villages of LA PERRIERE, LA CHAPELLE MONTLIGEON and its basilica... You can also enjoy the good restaurants in the area, and the many regional products (sold on the farm and at local markets).
Price does not include: For a temperature of 19/20° max, average consumption is 40 kWh/day.
With government energy-saving recommendations, any excess will be billed at the conventional rate in force, on the date of rental.
