In the heart of the Umbrian countryside, between Città della Pieve and Castiglion del Lago, lies "Casale Tramonto", a typical farmhouse whose origins date back to 1860. The beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and antique furnishings make this a very romantic and welcoming place to stay. The farmhouse is set in 35 hectares of woodland and olive groves, criss-crossed by signposted footpaths where you can stroll in total immersion, fascinated by the unspoilt nature. The one-hectare garden is fully fenced in and is suitable for guests who decide to spend their vacations with animals. In front of the house, guests can enjoy a covered outdoor area, equipped with a large table and an old wood-burning oven. In the garden there's an irregular-shaped swimming pool (9x5max/2min, depth 0.8-1.60m)(01/05-30/09), children's play equipment and several comfortable sitting areas for relaxing. Wifi internet access included in the price. Hot water produced by solar panels. Heating by gas radiators.
PLEASE NOTE: The property's outbuilding (with independent access) may occasionally be occupied by the owners. The second floor, although restored, retains its original structure, and some bedrooms and bathrooms are connected.

From this room (also accessible from outside), a corridor leads to another bathroom (shower), 1 double bedroom and another double bedroom also communicating with the living room.
