Charming 5-person duplex apartment located in Arc 1800 in the Charmettoger residential area (Aiguille Grive residence), in a quiet location at the foot of the golf course in summer and at the foot of the ski slopes in winter (ski lift right outside the building, ski in and ski out) and a 5-minute walk from the resort center (mountain, valley and fir tree views). Direct access on skis or on foot to the ski schools on the snow front. Ski and mountain bike rental, mini-market and bakery on the first floor of the building. WIFI (at an additional cost) throughout the residence.
This very comfortable 36 m2 apartment has been tastefully decorated (entirely renovated with quality materials). On the ground floor, it comprises a lounge area with club armchairs, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, TV, HIFI) and a toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and DVD player, and a second bedroom for 3 people (3 single beds). A shower room with WC is also available upstairs. A large, unoverlooked 6 m2 balcony lets you enjoy the sunset over the Tarentaise valley and Mont Blanc.
Pay parking in winter and free parking in summer (outdoor or covered) is available at the foot of the residence (subject to availability).

Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Sorry, but we don't offer short stays.
Two other duplexes sleeping 4 are also available in the same residence.
Apartment available on Saturday from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am the following Saturday.
Sorry, but pets are not allowed. For the comfort of all tenants, the apartment is a non-smoking area.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. The apartment must be left clean on departure (full cleaning and washing-up to be carried out by the tenant, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products available).
Deposits (e1,000 and €200 non-cashed) must be sent to the owner 30 days before the start of the rental period.
