Location
Lanton is made up of 4 villages: Lanton, Cassy, Taussat-les-Bains and Blagon.
The coastal path, which can be explored on foot, forms its seafront and is dotted with three harbours: the Port de Fontainevieille in Taussat, the Vieux Port in Taussat and the Port de Cassy.
The commune also boasts a number of pretty beaches, such as Plage Suzette in Cassy, where you can relax at high tide. At low tide, you can cool off in the swimming pool and take advantage of the many Cap 33 sporting events that take place during the summer season.
The Vélodyssée crosses the town. This cycle path offers safe cycling to the neighboring towns of Audenge and Andernos.
