Newly-built villa located 100m from the lovely sandy beach
called "L'Almadrava", with private garden of 100 m2 in a residence of 20
with a large communal swimming pool (20 x 9m). It has a surface area
of 150 m. The ground floor comprises a living-dining room that opens onto a
terrace with garden furniture, superb sea views and direct access to the
access to the communal pool, an independent kitchen with exit to the
a double bedroom and a full bathroom. The second floor
includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower
with shower and a large bedroom suite with double bed, full bathroom
and a large terrace with sea views. An interior staircase
leads to a large solarium with lovely sea views.
This accommodation is suitable for families and groups of responsible adults,
but does not allow youth events or parties.
AREA DESCRIPTION
