Magnificent 25-square-meter studio in Grand-Bornand.
This charming studio is located in Grand-Bornand at the foot of the skating rink and can accommodate 5 people (ideal for a couple with children).

The studio is located on the first floor of a building. It comprises :
- a living area with a sofa bed (160x200) ;
- a sleeping area with a 3-height bunk bed (80x190) ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen ;
- and a shower room;
- An independent toilet;
Ideal for a couple with children.
You can also take advantage of the balcony to enjoy a quiet aperitif or admire the mountain view.
Ideal for 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
A ski locker is located in the lobby.
Equipment: Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, raclette machine, etc.

Parking: Some free parking spaces in front of the building.

Location
Le Grand-Bornand is a renowned ski resort in the Haute-Savoie department. The resort's population increases 10-fold during the winter vacations, from 2,252 in the low season to over 23,000 when holidaymakers arrive, which just goes to show how attractive Le Grand-Bornand is for tourists!
The summer season is no exception, with its famous "au bonheur des Mômes" festival, swimming pool, entertainment and numerous mountain activities (hiking, paragliding, climbing, cycling, via ferrata, accrobranche...).
