Set in 5000m² of grounds, you're sure to fall under the spell of La Maison du Becq, a farmhouse dating from the 1800s, fully renovated to respect its authenticity and history. You'll appreciate the well-balanced blend of comfort and the charm of old beams and stonework. Created in 2022, this gîte is adjoined to a second gîte (reference 10802), but benefits from an outdoor space and a private 18m² covered terrace with brazier at the rear of the building, giving you the privacy you need. This 130m² vacation rental can accommodate up to 7 people. All on one level, it comprises a living room with lounge (TV, Wifi), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer).
This large room serves :
- a master suite including a vast bedroom with 1 bed 160/190 + 1 raised bed 90x200, exclusively reserved for children, - a private shower room and WC - a bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 + 1 raised bed 90x200 that can communicate with the parental space - a bedroom with 1 bed 140/190 and with TV - a second shower room with WC, accessible to people with reduced mobility - a third independent WC - a storeroom with washing machine. Bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating. Complete baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing mat) can be provided.
