Waterfront apartment on the third floor of a gated, secure residence. Direct access to the sea and its sandy beach.
If you leave the building on the sea side, you'll be just two minutes from one of Denia's most beautiful beaches (you'll have to cross the residence's grounds). Similarly, if you leave the building on the road side, you'll be just two minutes from local shops (you'll have to cross the road to find supermarkets, bakeries, cosmetics shops...). Restaurants...)
Ideally located, the residence is 800 meters from the marina and town center. You'll have easy access to the many attractions of a tourist town without the hassle of a busy nightlife.
You can leave your car in the parking lot if you wish (everything can be done on foot via the road or the beach).
The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a chandelier fan for added comfort at night. The bedroom has a double bed and opens onto a loggia with a hanging relax table for relaxing moments.
The apartment has been completely refurbished (kitchen, shower, air conditioning...) and is equipped with all the comforts you need for a quality vacation.
