This house is easily accessible by car. Moliets-et-Maa is about 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from Bordeaux airport and 45 minutes from Biarritz airport. By train, the closest station is Dax, located about 35 minutes by car. On-site, a private parking space is available to tenants.

- Cleaning and bed linen are included in the rate.
- Towels must be brought by guests or can be rented for 15 euros per person on-site.
- A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night is payable on arrival.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request with a surcharge of 20 euros per stay.
