The complex comprises 4 blocks of 2-storey apartments and is located approx. 250 m from the beautiful EMPURIES beach (just cross the Empuries-Escala road). After a short walk, you'll reach the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries, as well as the quaint little center of St. Marti d'Empuries, well worth a visit.
Located approx. 800 m from the center of l'Escala with its shops. At approx. 400 m. 2 tennis courts (payment)The complex has a small swimming pool (approx. 12 x 4 m, open all season) and 2 swings for children. Parking available nearby.
There are 2 types of apartment, those on the first floor are duplexes, downstairs have the kitchen-living-dining room and on the 1st floor are the bedrooms and bathroom. In the attics, everything is on the same level. Distribution of accommodation on arrival. All apartments have a balcony or terrace with furniture (table and 4 chairs). Functional apartments with color TV, WiFi (free), most with safe (payment), washing machine and electric heating.
