Lovely souplex apartment renovated in summer 2022, located on the 12th and top floor of the Malinka residence. South-east-facing balcony with magnificent views of the valley and mountains.
Ideal for 6 people, but can accommodate up to 8.

The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. It includes induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.. It also has a washing machine dryer.
Connected TV in the living room.
On the same level, you'll find a shower room with toilet.
On the lower level are the bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and plenty of cupboard space.
Sleeping accommodation (lower level):
